Where is my deposit?

I've deposited funds on Orderbook but they haven't arrived.

To check your deposit:

  • Go to the balance page and check your asset history. You may see that an incoming transaction is pending. Please stay on the site until the deposit has finished.
  • If no pending transaction history exists, check the hash of your transaction. You should do this using https://etherscan.io. The transaction may still be waiting on miner confirmation. It is also possible that the transaction has run out of gas.
  • Are you sending cryptocurrency through the widget? Please stay on the widget page until your transaction has completed.
  • Note that your deposit addresses for Bitcoin and Ether are different.
